Elena Madera is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Wyoming. She provides mental health and substance abuse counseling for all ages through individual, couples, family and group therapy. She provides counseling in Spanish as well.

Elena’s area of expertise is working with individuals of all ages who have experienced trauma in their lives. She continues to get specialized training and continued education in trauma. She uses an eclectic approach to utilize the approach each individual person needs.

She is trained in EMDR in-person and via telehealth. Some of the approaches she is also trained to use are: Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT), Person-Centered (PCT), Dialectical Behavior (DBT) and many more approaches. She has a welcoming personality to assist the client in coping and feeling comfortable in counseling sessions.

Elena loves spending time with her family, traveling, spending time outdoors and enjoys learning about new cultures. She enjoys seeing people group individually and help make others happy.
